Shitty Backyard Home Video Entertainment presents: THE TAI SENG BOX



I was about to apologise for this shitty home video (actually my initial headline described it as another entry to "YouTube's Shittiest Home Videos", haha) but then I thought, "Heeeey, this is perfect DOGME!! And it is!! Think about it; On-scene music! Lack of credits! Shaky camera! Mumbled dialogue! No dialogue preparation! No actual start, middle or finish! No lighting! Yep, this is a perfect Dogme home video. Lars von Trier would be so proud.

    What a fun video... it reminds me of a good "mail day" at my place.

    Can't tell you the number of times I've just lost it digging through a half dozen parcels, squealing with joy at finally receiving some new video treasure I've been waiting for. Carolyn always rolls her eyes and shakes her head in utter incomprehension when I try to explain to her just why I'm so darn happy about some weird Russian film I bought from Thailand or the reason I absolutely needed to buy some strange Indonesian or Malay disc from some unknown guy in Australia on eBay....

    Only true "collectors" really understand... ;)
